My wife has recently been in hospital for several weeks, as she has a number of food allergies she can’t eat the food provided. We bought several of these and I used them in rotation to take in her evening meal every day. They have worked perfectly keeping the food hot and palatable until she was ready for her meal. If it did go cold, it is possible to microwave the pot, but I haven’t tried that.Didn’t give 5 stars only because it can’t be put in the dishwasher - hand wash only.

Does not keep food hot for very long. Even when I warm the dish up with hot water, kids lunch is cold by noon

Thus lunch box is really a great lunch box. I gave it 3 stars only because I believe I was not given the full product. I already have this lunch box in pink which was not bought online, and as can be seen in the pictures should have been 2 boxes even the instructions that came with it has 2 boxes so why was it being sold as one for the price of 2 is a question I would like the seller to answer. I would say not to buy this as one as it’s meant to be 2 boxes. I only wanted another one because the pink I bought for myself but my husband borrowed it but didn’t like carrying the pink and as he did not wanting to embrace his inner pink I told him I would get a different colour for him. I’m only sorry I did not go on the product website to get it and I should have returned it when I saw that the instructions had 2 products but I only received one. For the seller if you think this was a mistake can I have my other box?

Bought 2 of these for my kids who takes packed lunch to school.Size is good and has a larger opening to make it easy to scoop out food to eat compare to your other food flasks.However, it can be quite bulky and take up quite a bit of space in their backpacks. It does have a leakage problem if the lid isn't closed properly ( can easily cross thread).It doesn't keep the food that hot, as the kids would tell me that by lunch time the food is only warm, even though I do preheat the bento box before placing the hot food in it and I also use an insulation lunch bag with it. Luckily their school canteen has access to a microwave, which they can heat the food up in the flask/bento box if they want.We also noticed a mild plastic smell when using it for the first few times.Overall I would not recommend this product, but there are very limited large opening flasks. The only pros with this product is that it can be placed straight into a microwave for reheat.

The container is nice. It's for a small child so it is very large for her, I wish there was a smaller (shorter) version of it.The food is packed and heated around 8am and still warm for lunch at 12.Does the job.

Good capacity, leak proof, but the thermal insulation not so good, i prepare the food at 8 am and It arrive lukewarm at noon.

The only product we found that is wide and can take warm food easily that isnt a soup (unlike flasks where all food is stacked on top of each other. Best is that it can be divided into two compartments to separate different foods. And all stays warm for several hours (from morning at home till school lunch time). Very easy to open for kids and easy to clean.
