Q: Would this filter be able to be connected to the Seaflo 42 Diaphragm pump series?

Sorry I dont know about it fitting to a Seaflow 42 pump.

Q: Will this filter rainwater pumped from an underground tank at 8 litres per minute?

They are used generally in motor homes and caravans. I have one in a horse box. While it is a filter it is only coarse filtration and only takes out larger particles. It will to be attached upstream of a pump and the flow rate you want is likely to be at the top end of what it can do. We have it attached to a sink, shower and toilet and haven’t struggled with flow.

Pictures 2 and 3.. Picture one has the tabs cropped off by mistake.

Q: Hi I have recently ordered one of your filters and in your second and third picture there is a screw on piece for the hose that was not included?

Hi after you screw it on it’s the same fitting as the pump just a bit longer. I brought the fitting and then you can choose your pipe. Great pump.
