Good heat and great flavor

Adds zest to many dishes and dips. Adds a kick to hummus when paired with pita bread / chips and veggies.

I buy 2 large containers of these chili peppers every purchase!Wonderful flavor, shipped and sealed well.High quality peppers with a little bit of heat - though my heat tolerance is far above average, so take that with a grain of salt.There is a decent amount of excess oil at the top of the jar, however I don't see this as a downside. We use the excess to fry eggs, make grilled cheese, or add a little punch to soups

excellent product

Was excited to get this. It seemed a great deal. It arrived. I put it in my cool, dark pantry, unopened.When I opened it, the oil smelled rancid. The whole product smelled and tasted of rancid oil.Caveat emptor

I bought this because I was making hot Italian sausage and figured it would be perfect. I added about a third of a cup to 5 lb. I would probably Jack that up to half a cup if my kids weren't so sensitive to hot stuff.
