Good kitchen knife for price point for all chopping and spicing

The media could not be loaded. I'm not a knife expert, but this kitchen knife feels well-made and comes in a beautiful wooden box.The blade has a pattern that resembles Japanese Damascus steel, but I can't say for sure if it's genuine forging or a laser/acid etching technique. The handle also seems like resin, but again, I can't verify the material.Regardless of the exact construction, this knife is incredibly sharp and has proven very useful in my kitchen.It's a little pricier than some similar-looking options on the market.Even with the uncertainty about materials, I'd still recommend this knife based on its performance.

Light weight and good balance. The blade has good finishing and is great for professional work. Yes, it's made in china by using Japanese steel and craftsmanship, but either way, I am happy with my purchase. If you're a chef and looking for a semi decent knife, this one is the way to go. But if you want something with more weight, Global is the best choice.

I paid for a set of four however on one arrived

The blade is visibly glued into a cheap resin handle.The weight balance across the knife is ridiculous, no balance point at all.
