so I love this backpack. it’s super great but it literally has 0 zipper compartments in the inside and only 2 small pockets to hold a few small items (lipstick, a pen, definitely CANNOT fit any type of cellular device other than a burner flip phone if you have that 😂)other than that it is super large and spacious. you can fit a whole wardrobe (literally) in there. I wear a size 8 shoe, and I can fit both sneakers in there in addition to a change of clothes and my regular purse items. my only recommendation is for them to add at least one zipper pocket orrrr you will need to have a mini bag inside the purse for any toiletries or organization whatsoever.

Though it says it's small, it is large enough to carry everything needed. Material is lightweight so when bag is packed it's not too heavy

Bag was perfect, held all my items and then some!! BUT the straps on my bag were made differently they didn’t fit right, and they were turned the same way instead of opposite like normal backpack straps. I had them send me a replacement and it was the same. It didn’t feel comfortable to carry so I returned them.

The backpack purse was much bigger than I anticipated. I checked the measurements of the one I had and the description seemed similar. Maybe it was just the shape. I wanted to return it, but the only free return was to a UPS store and we do not have one that is within 100 miles. I didn't wish to spend $8 to return it. I wish when they said free returns they would specify it has to be at a UPS store.
