Flower Mandalas Adult Coloring Book: Black Background Paperback – October 9, 2017

I like the designs and paper. My complaint is poor printing. Many of the pages have strip white at right margin. here are some I colored with markers

What I love about this Mandalas coloring book is the pictures aren't OVER detailed.Most of the adult coloring books I've had, you almost need a magnifying glass just to see all of the details, which are beautiful of course, but too much for these old eyes to see! LolAlso, I love the black background. It makes the colors in the pictures POP!Lastly, even though the pages feel thick, your Sharpies will bleed through. So make sure you put something behind the page you are coloring.

I have colored many books, with black backgrounds and mandalas of all kinds. This book was different - and WONDERFUL. I have had this book a fairly short time, but keep going back to it. Black backgrounds make the colors really pop. The designs of these mandalas were great. I will need to search for other books she might have. Just a great book and wonderful designer. Thanks go to her!!

I originally purchased this book to use to take breaks from my books of “several days/week to complete pages” books! Sometimes you just want that sense of completion in less than a week.. ;-)It then very quickly became one of my favourite books for using when reviewing different sets of pencils.... the pages have spaces that are large enough to show how a pencil shades, blends, etc., but small enough to get several done in a day, & out on the group’s site for reviews... a lovely book all around, for colourist of any age, or skill level!

I got this to do some coloring in after work for stress relief (instead of eating!). I’ve been using gel pens to color. Haven't noticed any ghosting, but even if there was the pages are single sided, so there is no design on the back to be ruined. I’d recommend, the black adds to it, especially with gel pens.

Paper thin for markers.

I am really enjoying this book.

There are a lot better options (more diff kinds) and the pages are not very thick so any kind of markers will bleed thru. Honestly did not take the time to return it. No worth all the effort as I am handicapped and too hard to take somewhere to return.

Lovely coloring book. I have bought several of these. Just love the black background.
