Good quality, great price
These are very similar to the therapy putty. They come with exercise ideas and a good explanation on how to use them. They vary in firmness and help with grip and hand strengthening.

Just like the one therapist gave
These are exactly what a relative was given in the hospital by occupational therapist and they're easy to lose sometimes when you're in a medical setting so these were the perfect replacement and now I know yet the relative ever loses them I can get more cheaply. These are exactly the therapy resistance that she was provided by the professionals

What is not apparent.... (but added a star)
What is not apparent is that this type of product provides little to no feed-back resistance. What I mean by that is ...while there is resistance as you squeeze, there is not consistent pushback pressure from the foam wanting to "spring back" to its original form. The foam collapses, and then slowly returns to its original form, so its not similar to a different kind of hand exercise product that provides continual pushback / feedback as you manipulate it, i.e., resistance during compression/squeezing followed by resistance during the release stroke /slow opening of the hand.Likely still may be desirable for specific pathologies' applications, for sure. Just not what I personally was after.Update: I am finding this product is desirable to use when feeling arthritic pain and/or otherwise needing a more delicate workup to using other hand exercise product. Actually more beneficial than initially thought. I added a star because of this.

Oddly Satisfying
I'm currently in occupational therapy. These are exactly what my occupational therapist uses. They have a good hand feel and easy to work with for anyone trying to gain back dexterity.

Fierce
These are fiercer than I expected, which is my fault. I went back and bought the blue ones.
