The media could not be loaded. I’m very satisfied with my double-sided umbrella. Shipping container did a good job protecting the contents, and it was easy to assemble. The umbrella fits perfectly on my patio, which is narrow but long, so the wide size works nicely. Great value for the price!

Easy to setup--took a little over an hour and I'm 83 years old. (I don't recommend solo setup, though). Looks great on the pool deck and provides some nice shade. Still need to add sand bags before I leave it up, but I am very pleased with the look, ease of operation, and overall value.

The umbrella is great, but it was clearly used, to the point that there were bird droppings on the canopy.

The media could not be loaded. We are remodeling our patio and we needed an umbrella with great coverage and also good looking and this was the best option we could ever found. The order arrived in 3 days, the box is not that heavy and I could assemble it in 10 min, we didn’t know how the base work but we will buy a couple of sand bags to add weight to it. It is bigger than expected and it covers the enough space to enjoy sometime outside during the sunny days with the family and friends. I’m happy with my purchase!

Bought the umbrella for our community yoga center (Harmonist Sanctuary) patio. First, I was surprised with its quality and its size. It is HUGE. But it’s also surprisingly sturdy and solid. Everything arrived in a single box, easy to assemble and simple to use. Comes with two bags for the base, which you could fill up with sand to keep it standing during the high winds. A+ grade for the product!

I want to love this umbrella. It is easy to use and completely covers our large farmhouse table. Unfortunately, if there is even a whiff of wind, it is unstable and the aluminum ribs will break. This happened on both of our first two uses. Amazon responded quickly and helpfully. We received a replacement part from the manufacturer. Installing the replacement was not easy, but it fixed the umbrella. Now, we just roll it down at the first sign of any breeze.

You can open and close in case there is wind storm. This one has just passed the last one recently in Jan 2025. Make sure you put heavy blocks on the base. I put concrete blocks made with one gal water bottles.

The base was easy to put together, followed instructions. The umbrella insert was quite heavy so I would suggest two people working together is best. The coverage is decent, and the umbrella is easy to put up and down.
