I like the taste but better is how it curbs my appetite.....and I haven't found anything that works this well without giving me the shakes or upset stomach. This powder makes me feel full longer and is actually calming. I LOVE this stuff, I think it works better than anything I've tried before.

APPETHTYL ENERGY POWDER IS AWESOME
This is a great product! I really do like the powder. The powder mixes well with my bottled water, not gritty, and has a very clean taste and it was easy to mix and drink with my meal. It does everything as advertised. I'm very pleased. I got the pills also, but 12 capsules is alot so I have not quite gotten into that yet. I think with my regular meds and vitamins I already take enough pills.

You definitely can not mix this with just water! The taste and texture is absolutely horrible. I couldn’t even finish it! Maybe in a smoothie?

I felt that I was MORE hungry and not satisfied when I was taking this. I don't think it works, at least not for me.

Appethyl is making a difference!
I ordered the book, the Appethyl and the Berry Appethyl. I have been very pleased. The order came very quickly. I usually get very hungry in the afternoon and since I have been taking the Appethyl, I can go through the afternoon without the need to grab a sugary snack. I also was able to lose 2 & 1/2 pounds my first week! I now have my husband taking the Appethyl with me for breakfast and we both pack it in with our lunch for the day.

This arrived on time. It mixes well with just about anything. I have been making smoothies with it. I haven't been taking it long enough to know about weight loss but I will probably order it again.

I have been using this product for about two weeks ...
I have been using this product for about two weeks now. I'm impressed. I have a busy schedule at times with work with appoibtnebts so I don't always eat at a regular times. Hit and miss! I also purchased the book and trying to implement it into my eating. I have lost 3 lbs so far abd looking forward we ith getting into better shape and health.
