Great accessory for Quest Pro
The grips go on nicely, they look and feel better than the grips alone. The bands work well if you find a good position on your hands (this would vary per person) and adjust the bands to be snug but not tight. If you tighten them it will pull the Silicon case away from the controller and you may have issues with the cameras. Keeping them tight enough to not fall off and loose enough to not deform the case is kind of key. If you have larger hands, like myself, this also is needed so your thumb can more easily reach the menu/quest buttons. i found the best placement for me was with the strap directly on top of my knuckles with a slight bias toward the hands to make sure they wouldn't slip off.My controllers had been overheating in some games, so i was worried the grips may contribute to that, but in my case the opposite seems to have been true. 3+ hour sessions with no overheating. Not sure if that is due to an update or the grips, but either way it has not caused them to over heat at all.The only item really of note that there is another accessory (DESTEK CB3 Charging Adapter) that you will need if you want to use these grips with the default Quest Pro dock, as the silicone stands a little too proud for the dock's charging connection pins to work. This is sold as a bundle (which i selected at time of order) and it works well. It is a little more fidgety to set the controllers onto compared to the default method of clicking the magnets of the two together and setting them down. But overall it is not an issue and doesn't really take any longer, you just have to make sure bot the green lights come on.

Works good
I've been using these on my pro controllers for a couple months now. They've held up just fine so far, and I haven't had any issues with camera sensors being blocked (the rubber does not shift around on me while playing, which is good). For the price you can't go wrong if you want some knuckle straps for your pro controllers

Grips amazing, Charging controllers Poor
The grips themselves feel great in the hand, and feel like its made from good quality material. The downside I see is that if you bought the Quest Pro controllers solo and only have the little puck charger. I have some bad news, They dont have an adapter for it. So everytime you want to charge your controllers you either need to take the grip completely off, or partial off. But if you only partially remove it, over time its going to get warp. If they can build an adapter for the little puck charger then it will be instantly a 5*. But this inconvenience is just not worth it.

Great grips but it's actually 25$ in total
From the start I really like these grips. They feel great and well built. They go on my pro controllers very nicely. Although can't seem to remove the pro's original strap but it's not Destek's fault. But these grips are actually 25$ in total for both the grips and the charging adapter. Seeing that there is no other way to charge the pro controller but the charging docks, you need to get the adapter to use it with the grips. There's this picture on the product page where you get the adapter for free, but then it says that it doesn't do that anymore. So conflicting and confusing information, which seems very suspicious to me thus I mark them down.TLDR: Product is good but be sure you are willing to spend 25$

Looks good, feels good, and works great!
The silicone sleeve and the PU leather strap look great and feel very comfortable!Update: I previously mentioned that the cut out holes for the camera can begin to slide over the controller cameras if the hand grips are pulled tightly enough. This has turned out not to be a problem. Once the grips get in place they stay there, and I've never had them slip over the cameras while playing, no matter how active I get or how tightly the straps are pulled. As a result, I'm updating this review to 5 stars.
