Works as It should, but holes are a big larger than optician ones.
I'm reviewing the Eyekepper Eyesight Vision Pinhole Glasses.I have to say, It was not as good as I had expected, but they did do the job, I gave it 3 stars because I wouldn't exactly call them improving your eyesight, primarily because they do not match the ones you get at the optician, the pinholes on these glasses are much larger than the real optician ones you can get. They do the work though, but looking directly into the holes can cause it to blur, you almost have to look at the edge of the pinhole to get a clear imagine of whatever it is you're looking at.Pinhole glasses work by reducing and focusing the amount of light that enters your eyes, making an imagine appear more clear, they can help with vision defects, not cure them but make the symptoms less better only temporarily as you wear the eye glasses, I myself have Keratoconus and I can see it helping with close-sighted vision (myopia) and maybe even long-sighted.I would not recommend these as a replacement for prescription glasses, but keratoplasty lenses on regular prescription glasses can cause for a lot of irritation and make your eyes feel uncomfortable when wearing them, these can be a break from that but not only that, but since there's small holes in which light enters your eyes, focusing on the holes for too long and doing normal activities with them can cause strain on your eyes and cause them to ache, you will need to take a break, but I'm sure that's just an adjusting feature, which won't happen as often once you get used to them.I really enjoyed the presentation of the box, you get a nice zip up glasses box to pack away the glasses and you also get a lens cleaner which is funny because there's no actual lenses, but for generally giving the glasses a wipe down would be fine. The glasses are not as big as I imagined, I would consider them as universal, so they would fit majority of people, including teenagers but not sure on children, if you are keen on giving one to your child, i think it would be best to consult that with their optician. Thanks for reading this review, If you found it helpful do please rate this review as 'helpful'

Do they or don't they?
Very hard to review these. The bottom line is it depends on your eyes. When I look at my tv across the room without glasses it's blurry and I can't read the writing. With these on I can read writing but the issue is everything is a lot darker and it's obvious you are just looking through a load of holes. For me they don't bring everything into sharp focis, they just reduce the blurryness slightly. They work by only letting light in in straight lines so avoiding the light scattering that causes the blurryness but because less light hits your eyes it's a lot darker. I certainly cannot walk around, drive or read books with them but if you just want to rest your eyes and still be able to see slightly then give theses a try. Whether they actually improve your eyesight I won't say but they are not a replacement for proper glasses. For a fiver give them a try as they may just work ok for you. As for the item itself, it's very well made. Sturdy and came in a pouch with cleaning cloth.

Now I know how a fly sees things!
I am long sighted and I'm determined to strengthen my eyes back to 20/20 vision. I bought these as an experient after hearing about them on a radio programme. I have been wearing them consistently for 3 days and I can report that they do work. I don't know how, but they do. There are various websites that explain the principle so feel free to do your own research, but as for me, while wearing these glasses I can read fine print on all printed documents just as well as with normal glasses. When reading books, newspapers, magazines and all other printed documents they work perfectly and I find them to be very comfortable for watching telly. I'm only giving 4 stars because when typing and reading text on my laptop I get double images and 3D effects and have to revert to normal glasses. The missus thinks I look like an X-Man, but I can live with that.

Cheapish but worth a try
I bought these in response to the fact that I met an old friend who showed me a pair that he had bought for €50. I was thought nothing of being able to read until he told me that there was no glass in them. I cannot read at all without glasses. Although these appear to be the same as the €50 pair (sheet plastic with holes) but just much cheaper looking, I cannot explain why, but the €50 ones seemed to be much easier to see through. I wasn't willing to spend €50 on something that did not make sense to me. These feel cheap; though I'm not going to be parading about in them, I bought them to give it a try. I can read with them but my eyes tire quickly. That said I only tried my friends for a moment, perhaps my eyes would have got tired just as quick.

Doesn't sit on my specs. :(
I was pleasantly surprised to see a hard case accompanying the glasses. My hubby bought one pair from Ebay and it came broken. But I have more faith with Amazon that broken ones will get replaced and refunded. I've only tried a real one (the expensive type) once at a chemist but can say that these cheaper ones improve my reading nonetheless. The letters seem darker and seem to pop out more for reading. Although I have not used them long enough for reading. Why? This is the reason I am only giving this item 3 stars. The expensive one I tried, sat on my specs well. Without thinking about possible differences, I bought these anyway. I am disappointed to say they don't sit on my specs and have to hold them up manually myself. A rather big inconvenience. I bought 2 pairs. One for me and the hubby.Just a shame I couldn't use them myself.
