ZEFALUnisex's Z Tubeless Tyre Sealant, Pink

I thought I would give this sealant a try, as I didn't need a large bottle (just enough to set up two 700x28c Maxxis Padrone's), and it seemed reasonably priced. Well, unfortunately, you get what you pay for. In this case it was a face-full of pink liquid (not sealant) and a flat front tyre. I gave the sealant the benefit of the doubt, thinking that the nail hole might be too large for any selant to cope with, espescially at road pressures and fitted another front tyre.As luck would have it, on the very next ride I managed to get a couple of small glass cuts in both front and rear tyres at the same time. The rear one sealed but not until the pressure had dropped to an unrideable 30 psi or so and covered the back of the bike and me in pink liquid. The cut in the front would not seal at all and I had to resort to installing a tube; messy business.On returning home I tried to inflate the rear tyre to a normal 75 psi or so immediately blowing the pink liquid all over the lounge (whoops, don't tell the missus) so after 45 mins or so of curing the Zefal liquid just cannot hold the pressure back. Searching in the shed revealed an old bottle of Stan's sealant with about 50 ml or so left in it. Out of curiosity, and panicing at the possible cost of £100 worth of tyres every ride, I splashed some of the Stan's sealant in through th valve stem and started to reinflate the tyre. The air, as expected, was leaking from the cut but a quick rotation of the tyre and good old Stan's sealed it with minimal loss of fluid. Pushed the tyre up to 80 psi and it is still holding air.I have not tried the same with the slightly larger cut in the front tyre. I may do but it is such a bore having to re-seat the beads each time you want to try something different. Ultimately, I will repair the inside of both tyres with good old vulcanising cement and a patch and run with Stan's sealant in the future.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this crap and encourage you to try an alternative like Stan's, No Flat Joe's or Conti-seal.

Buen liquido para rellenar, sería ideal que fuese un poco más barato.

j utilise ce produit depuis que j ai un fat bike car en cas de crevaison sur place c est plus que galère, voir impossible a réparer surtout a l arrière(coté moteur) la première fois que j ai mis le produit ai bien sur regonflé le pneu, fait tourner la roue comme il se doit, j ai pu constaté que j avais des micro crevaisons qui se sont stoppé, j ai fait quelques kms afin que le produit se repartisse, cela faisais presque 1 ans que je ne l avais pas fait, un matin j ai retrouvé mon vélo a plat j ai remis une bouteille de 125 ml regonflé le vélo et c est reparti. Quelques conseil bien et longuement secouer le flacon avoir le petit outil pour visser et ensuite remettre l intérieur de la valve un jeu d enfant

Molto buono nel mio caso non ho avuto nessun riscontro e servirebbe nella confezione uno strumento per rimuovere le valvole
