Usato per impastare e far crescere gli impatsti lievitati svolge perfettamente il suo lavoro.Sul lato ci sono le tacche di misura molto utili per controllare la crescita.Una ciotola rotonda è più comoda per impastare ma questa rettangolare è molto più facile da riporre perché grazie alla sua forma rettangolare occupa molto meno spazio.L'unica cosa che non mi convince è il coperchio, è ermetico ma non è a tenuta stagna, essendo un contenitore bello grosso, se ad esempio lo si riempie e lo si gira subito si apre.Per il mio utilizzo è irrilevante ma se dovessi trasportarci qualcosa bloccherei il coperchio con dello scotch

Ik had 7 opbergdozen van 7 liter besteld.Bij aankomst blijken de curver dozen slecht 5;5 liter inhoud te hebben.Dit staat ook op het originele curver etiket vermeld.Waarom ze bij amazon er 7 liter van maken weet ik niet, maar ik zit nu me 7 opbergdozen waar ik niets mee kan doen
