Parcel arrived a day earlyOnly had the pillow a few daysFirst night woke up a few times due to a new pillow but last night sleep was so much better I was quite surprised that although it looks hard it is really comfyMy shoulder isn't as stiff as it usually is as I'm a side sleeperCan only hope it continues and I get a better night sleep with no stiff shoulders

Take a little getting used to the shape of the pillow. Good comfortable neck support when lying on back especially but also on either side. The pillow is heavier than I expected but this is not a problem. I still have pain in my neck but less than with my old pillow.

Being shaped, restricts movement. Otherwise not bad

Purchased this as my old neck support pillow was getting worn . This is just as good .. if not better. It can take you years to find that perfect supportive pillow :)
