Q: Can i leave this in the oven empty when i'm baking something else (450f or lower)? or will it get warped/damaged if left empty in a hot oven repeatedl

I have used it empty on a lower rack to catch possible pie or casserole drippings, it was fine. Sometimes it does contort, once put inside the oven but always relaxes after fully heated.

Q: How does the color along rim and on underside of pan hold uu? Does it scratch off with use)

I’ve had these cookie sheets for about 6 months and the pan doesn’t stay pretty for sure, we use tin foil all the time on these for easy cleanup but the pans still turned very brown and stained. Our pots and pans the color has worn away and is starting to chip around the rims.

Q: How deep is this pan?

The medium is not overly deep - the sides are maybe half an inch?
