I love these little plates! They are part of my new plan to eat healthy portions. I began with 9” plates and needed smaller ones These little plates are so delightful , I plan to get more of them. I will buy the bigger ones too. ( This Royal Dalton produces a more well-made product .)

We have mix-and-match dinnerware in my house for everyday use, mostly Japanese and Scandinavian design blue and white dishes, with a few others in greys and black thrown in. I just don't like the matchy-matchy look much, and find the eclectic look fun, not to mention practical over time when it comes time to replace items.These little plates are just darling, and fit in beautifully with our other dishes and bowls. They are sturdy, but not overly heavy, and a great size not only for tapas, but also desserts, snacks, side salads, bread and butter, and even as a holder beneath small dipping bowls. They add elegant punch to the table, and bring a smile to my face when I see them.Actually, I purchased these while my husband was away, and was worried that he would not take to them. Not only did he like them, but a couple of weeks later, he asked me to order another set! We use them all the time. They work well with any coordinating color dishes, not only the other Royal Doulton Pacific items. Very pleased with the purchase, and highly recommend these versatile little cuties.

I needed to match a set. I could not replace the saucers identically so I bought these! They are a lovely compliment to an old China set now complete!

I love that i was able to save some money by buying these rare, hard to find, unique bowls to match my existing Pacific set! Ive been in love with this particular plate/bowl series from Royal Doulton since i first found them at TJMaxx 6 years ago - ive been collecting the pieces ever since but i had never found these bowls before! I was thrilled to find them on Amazon AND a perfect condition set "used"! This restored my faith in buying "used" on Amazon.

I loved the pattern, it’s old. The new one is “green mint” color. It’s porcelain so good durable quality. If you like the style, get all the dishes at one, cause amazon is the only ones that have the prices affordable still. I had a hiccup on my order, but it shouldn’t detour you from getting them, specially if you find the mugs, small plates and soup bowls or pasta plates. No need for dinner plates. This 9” plates are perfect for lunch or dinner size unless you like the bigger ones for chargers. In any event, you will be happy.

Great little set. They are now made in Cihina and the porcelain is heavier.

Love the varity and they remind me of the ocean. I always favored blue and white in my kitchen and in dishes. These are worthy of using for almost any occasstion. They are so sturdy ; I'm sure they will be in my grand daughters home. Not that they are not beautiful these size for best. Cups and bowl may be next. Dinner size plates are too big for our family. WE eat samll protions and the smal plates fit great in the dishwasher.

I bought these as a gift to match a tea set. They are high quality Royal Doulton and a beautiful blue glaze. The sizes range from very small to mid size. I wished I had bought a set for myself.

Does anyone need these platters when a side plate will do? The answer is of course no, but if you're like me and you're really into the Royal Doulton Pacific range, when you see pieces you haven't already got, you have to buy them. We used the Royal Doulton set for our Christmas meal, had the jugs from the set for the gravy and used these for the cheese course. I really like the fact that they are mixed and feature a selection of the designs. At £44-55.00 they aren't cheap, but to a collector of Royal Doulton Pacific they are priceless!

I love Royal Doulton Blue Pacific, I've got nearly all the items in the range.I'd been looking for a jug to hold cream, syrup or chutney and when I saw these I had to have them!The biggest jug, is just under the size of a normal mug, so it isn't huge, but I think that what they lack in size, they make up for in personality. They are a lovely addition to any kitchen shelf.
