FINE-TONED Great piece of kit! Recommended by my physiotherapist
This is very good and sturdy, my physio recommended it after my leg injury and its helped immensely in my rehab, building my strength back. It comes ready semi-inflated. You only want is half inflated so you get the benefit of the wobble. There's a pump with it and needle valve attachment.Adjusting the amount of air inside is easy. There's a small valve hole where one of the massage spikes should be and you insert the needle all the way in there and let air out or in with the hand pump as you need. I found the exercise sheet that came with it helpful on getting me started but have also been using specific exercises from my physio and also ones that I've found online. Now I'm on the mend the cushion also proving useful for my core exercising. I'm using it for crunches and it definitely adds another dimension to them. It's also good for just plain sitting on when I'm working in my home office - it seems to ease backache somehow, possibly by having your muscles seeking correct posture through the wobble of it.My dog loves trying to get hold of it as well! What more can I say, MONEY WELL SPENT.

This has really helped!
During pre season i injured my ankle and had to attend regular physio sessions. During these session I was using this item as part of my rehab. As I am very impatient and wanted to get back playing I purchased my own to continue the exercises in bewtween physio sessions.Delivery and everything was spot on, it arrived already inflated but I did put a little bit extra in when I started to use it. It's a good product that is well made and very reasonably priced.I still use it now to maintain my recovery even now I'm not attending regular physio sessions. If you have had an ankle injury throwing a tennis ball against the wall and trying to catch it whilst on the wobble cushion is a more entertaining way of trying to balance.

Only fill to 90% for the first 24 hours, then top up as required.
This is my second ball (I have more than one residence) and as long as the instructions are followed properly, this ball works perfectly well. It does say it should be filled to just 90% capacity for the first 24 hours, allowing the ball to 'temper' slightly. It can then be topped up the following day... I wonder if those who've had them burst have actually filled them beyond capacity? I know a friend who overfilled a ball only for it to pop the instant she sat on it... Be cautious initially and it should be fit for purpose. The pump is a useful addition, but if you have dodgy knees, it might be more appropriate to press the pump with your hands - certainly I found that much easier.

The stability cushion itself is pretty good and very useful for balance exercises
The stability cushion itself is pretty good and very useful for balance exercises. Inflating it, however, can be a real pain! It took me an unacceptable amount of time and great efforts to get the needle exactly in the right angle in order for it to start inflating and in the end, the needle broke! Since I ordered two (for my duo Pilates classes I'm teaching), I tried with the second pump and it finally worked. The good news is you can buy lots of very cheap replacement needles, but in general - the inflating process shouldn't be so difficult! Essentially this is a design flaw, since there are stability cushions out there (and not the much more expensive ones) that can be inflated from the side, using a pump with wider nozzle... Another little note I need to make is that the side of the cushion with the smaller bumps is also a little bit too "bumpy" if you want to put your weight on your knees (it's uncomfortable on the knee caps), you need to cover it with a small towel or something, which isn't ideal, as it further adds to the instability, but not in the required way... Overall, I'm still happy with the cushion, as I've now gotten the hang of all of its shortcomings, but for the next person considering a purchase - do keep these things in mind.

Overall improved core strength.
My golf game was in decline bue to back problems.A coach highlighted posture as the main problem, using these Wobble Pad daily, my core strength has improved, my back much stronger, improving my golf to maintain my handicap at 11, aged 74.

very satisfied so far
The item arrived promptly, was well packaged and exactly as described online. Unlike some other products advertised, it included a nice little pump (good exercise in itself) and two (yes, two) plugs to insert once it was inflated. Read the linflation instructions (you shouldn't pump them up to capacity first time). Sophisticated silvery-grey colour replaces a blue one which split recently. I'm hoping this one doesn't do the same. Also worth mentioning that the surface is more shiny than my previous ball, which had a textured effect. This does not seem to influence how well it rolls around/sticks during exercise. Some simple exercises are included - amazingly, there are more for English people than French or German-speakers. We must need more exercise, I guess.:-) All in all, very satisfied so far.

Hazardous and dangerous! It burst. Do not buy!
The exercise ball is hazardous! You describe it as anti busrt and it is not. I purchased this ball because i had an abcess on the base of my spine and I needed to sit comfortably without putting pressure on it.The day it arrived, I blew up the ball and sat on it and within less than 5 minutes it burst, and i landed quite suddenly and very painfully on the floor causing further injury and discomfort. This ball is an exercise ball, and is also something marketed for pregnant women! In fact I used one whilst i was in labour for each of my 2 pregnancies. Can you imagine the impact of this low quality fraudulent ball on a pregnant woman?I am now in a lot of pain and I have to say I am thoroughly disappointed with the product and angry with the manufacturers and advertisers of this product.I would like a refund as soon as possible and will also be speaking to a solicitor to press further damages for injury.
