It's a good, comfortable shoe - just as I remember. The leather quality is definitely thinner than my former pair purchased years earlier as some other reviewers have observed, so the shoe gets looser faster. I'm already on the last hole. I guess I'll have to create more holes when they become too loose to wear. I received an invoice from Fed Ex a few weeks later for $14.55 for an additional shipping fee... Not too impressed about that. I would have preferred to have been warned about this ahead of time.

Ordered size 42 but received size 41 which is too small. Returned them and requested size 42 again. Guess what? They have sent me another size 41. I have had a pair of these in size 42 for a few years and really like them but didn't anticipate the hassle getting the size I want.

Have bought Rohde over many years. Excellent for wearing about the house. Hard-working .
