Good trout bait!

Works as expected. Caught a few fish at Lk Quincy.Kinda SUCKS that the Amazon price that I paid was NOT the sticker sale price...maybe the merchant should peal the sale stikers off before shipping.

I can't really speak to how effective these are with other fish? But I was trying to catch trout in a mountain stream and unfortunately they weren't biting on this bait or any other trout eggs of any other color. But I've heard great things from other fishermen.

Well...I got this in today...and man...I didnt even have to open the package, I could smell the garlic. My kids looked at me weird and couldnt smell a thing...even with their nose on the package. Opened it up to take the canister out, whew...its strong. My kids still looked at me weird cause they couldnt still smell it. Told them I have a sensitive smell due to my hearing loss. If they wanna know what it smells like, take it outside and open it so it doesnt kill me. They took it outside and opened it...wow, I got slapped in the face with the strong smell of garlic!!! My kids started coughing and gagging cause of how strong it is when they opened it. Thankfully they didnt spill it. Anyhow, cant wait to use this on my next fishing trip. If I can smell it through the canister inside a sealed bag...am sure the fish will go wild for it!!!

First time ever using this. I was skeptical at first but this attracts fish like crazy. I have not tried it on salt water but works well in fresh water. Cast handful water near you to lure fishes. It works great as bait.

These have a good enough look and smell that in theory they should attract fish.Unfortunately there's no way to keep these on a hook. They peel in half when trying to get them on even the smallest hook - or they just slide right off. I've never been able to make a cast where these don't go flying off in every direction before the hook hits the water.And yes, this is even when using bait holder hooks.The only success I've had putting these in water on a hook is by slowly dropping the hook over the side of the boat.Even then, they're gone before I can pull the line back up out of the water.I think part of the problem is how small they are - even the smallest hook makes too much of a hole in these that they just fall apart.The other problem is how slimy they are. I think the slime is probably great for attracting fish - but they're chasing the eggs that aren't attached to hooks because the slime helps these things slip right off of the hook.

This product works great! I tried it out and I was impressed by how well it drew fish in. The fish in the picture is the first one that I caught using the product. I went on to catch several more. I have seen other posts slamming the product, but it worked great for me. I highly recommend it.

First time river salmon fishing. The product worked as we had about 6 bit in a 1 hour span. We didn't land any salmon but had a blast fighting the ones that took the bait.
