I love using these books when I just want to space out and color. I personally agonize over which colors to use, coloring light or dark, making everything perfect and... Yes...I'm medicated for that...lol.With these they're easy to do, don't take long to complete and I like to practice different techniques. If it was some long and involved picture that I screwed it up right near the end... I'd have a fit and fall down in it... And yes... I'm medicated for that too 😉
