Clean the contacts
The media could not be loaded. I thought the chargers didn’t work on the ultimate ear boom 3.but on the side of the base their is a light that was lit while speaker on the charger after couple hours it didn’t charge so I cleaned all the metal contacts and smear of dielectric grease to insulate. Then back on the charger then the light glows to show its charging.
