Amazing design and excellent sturdy execution
Kudos to the industrial designer who came up with this innovative solution. Very good execution as well, components are very sturdy, but most important of all, dirty water stays in the bucket. I hope they will sell soon filters and replacement pads. There are also some nice touches, the handle that collapses into the edge of the bucket, the holes in the edge to pour out the water, the brush that will collect hair and clean the mop.I looked them up on the red dot design site and here is the entry:Thanks to the two-chamber system in its round bucket, this uncomplicated and space-saving mop always ensures clean water. When wringing the mop pad out by twisting it, the dirty water runs into a separate receptacle while fresh water can be taken up from the second chamber. Frequent changes of water during the cleaning procedure and the use of cleaning agents are reduced. Removing hair from the pad is also easy.Statement by the JuryThis very functional cleaning kit is distinguished by both its smart division of clean and dirty mopping water and its compact design.

Understand What You're Getting Before You Buy
I still love this mop. It pains me to see that most of the complaints stem from the buyer not taking the time to understand how this set works. Please take the time to see the responses from the manufacturer in other reviews. The dirty water goes to the bottom of the bucket while the clean water remains at the top.I like this mop. It's lightweight, easy to use, doesn't spray sticky cleaners on the floor, is easy to empty, easy to clean. The mop head washes well. There is nothing to fiddle with in order to change the mop head. It's velcro-like. Pull off the old one, line-up and press on the new one. It feels sturdier than most mops in it's class. The easily adjusted handle makes it easy to adjust to the perfect height for your needs and it makes it easier to store.Does it get into inside corners? No, it's round. Although I am happy to see that an interchangeable triangle shaped head is in development. A move that I applaud. If you want a lightweight, well-designed, water and cleaner saving, easy to use, easy to clean mop that you will use for everyday maintenance, I recommend that you purchase this one.

Do yourself a favor.
So, I’ve never been a fiend about cleaning, generally doing the necessary without enthusiasm. But I do hate a dirty floor, and have always been that person who insists it’s really clean only if you’ve scrubbed it on your hands and knees. For reasons yet to be medically determined, my knee recently went south, so finding a new method became necessary.<Cue uplifting music> Today I unpacked and used the iMop. The number of diagrams in the instructions was a bit daunting but it came together pretty easily. Using the prescribed ridiculous 1/2 gallon of water (with a little Murphy’s Oil Soap), I followed the directions to pump the mop in the lightweight double walled bucket. Yes, it really wets the pad just enough that it’s wet enough to clean without sloshing. My floor’s eggshell white, so it was really apparent where the iMop had already been, and the kitchen was clean in less than half the usual time with a lot less effort. The handlerod is very sturdy and doesn’t bend under pressure. Because you’re using so little water, the bucket stays light. Initially I wasn’t impressed by the upper/lower filtration system because I could see grey water in the upper tank. I wanted to dump it and start fresh but the floor was still coming up clean. It was only when I was done and completely emptied the bucket that I could see how much junk (particulates like crumbs, pet hair) had been successfully taken to and trapped in the bottom, meaning that crud wasn’t getting put back on the floor. My only perceived negatives: a round mophead doesn’t get into corners very well. On the other hand, you get a nice clean without water all over the place and probably without rinsing. I’ll go and dab the corners, and will take that tradeoff. I was excited by the thought of supporting an American company; unfortunately the iMop is made in China. And this isn’t the mop you’ll reach for when you have a big spill or water in the basement- you’ll still want your spongemop or ragmop or whatever for its ability to absorb a lot.Swiffer nailed floor cleaning psychology: “It’s an annoying job so people don’t do it often; we’ll make it easy so people won’t mind doing it more often.” Swiffer’s execution is lacking though- it doesn’t clean well, the newer version has a weak handle that buckles under pressure, the rubber underpad eventually rots, and you’re trapped in an endless cycle of buying their pads or making your own or looking for decent generics. It never really worked well, and will be out on the curb this Monday for trash pickup. If you’re like me and have been reading many reviews for similar products, you may have reacted like I did: I never had a spin mop, I see a few that people seem to love, do I really want to spend around 40-50 bucks for a freaking mop? Yes. Yes, you do. Your floors will be cleaner and you won’t hate doing it. And your knees may thank you too.

Awesome mop!
Absolutely thrilled with this mop! It has truly exceeded my expectations. The functionality is superb – effortlessly tackles the task at hand and leaves the floors impeccably clean. I appreciate its efficiency in using minimal water, and the elegant design is a definite plus. Remarkably, it's a space-saver too, unlike the traditional bulky mop buckets. A genuinely commendable product that I wholeheartedly recommend!

Literally so clean you could eat off the floor!
Absolutely in love with this mop! Mine came with instructions but were barely glimpsed at. Pretty forward. The only thing I would like to add is a better explanation of how the system works! The dirty water you see sitting on the top is never touches your mop head. Thus why water max level is lower then where mop head spins. There is a small filteration system. Only the clean filtered water below all the dirty water comes up to the brush area to clean your mop head. It truly works. Proof is in the pudding. Look at mop head and all the black from dirt will be there after mopping floor. Spin and is like brand new clean. More proof is when you go to dump the dirty water. Do not remove the brush system. Pour through the holes at edge where you lift handle. Then open to have look. Lower half is still spotless! Lightest mop bucket in the world even when filled with water. Moves with ease. Also just click to lock mop and lift mop handle to move if you like. I had a vileda spin mop system. Just did the kitchen floor the day before this arrived. When it arrived I opted to go over again as looked splotchy and was bugging me. Well this thing got so much dirt off it took two times to get right clean. More proof is when I have washed floors before with vileda spin mop would not could still feel dirt on floor as laid rug down. I own a dog and cats the difference is amazing! It took removes all dirt film from previous years off. Which I imagine is thanks to the microfiber technology. I keep bending to touch floor and am amazed how clean feeling. The ultimate test was dirty water on top. Spun clean. Thought screw it now lets see and ran it on white wall where kids had some fingerprints. Wall came out spotless and extreme clean. I have ordered two more. One system for each floor and the triangular mop head. I would like to say cheers to the crwators of this masterpiece! Just would like to add would be nice to see for environmental reasons if snap on pole goes ect...can just replace that one piece. Oh! Also it is easy to remive mop head. I start with 6 slower spins to wash mop and then 6 fast ones to dry and lift off with ease. If you are reading this review all I can say is do not hesitate. I have a severly injured lower back and will never regret the ease and lightweight feeling of this system!
