Silverline 126657 Machine Tool Stand 360 - 520 mm

I have bought several of these benches now and have found them superb value the only change i make to them is to use a thick plywood top and then they are quite capable of supporting even heavy V8 engines with no problems if they are put together properly.

I have a Record bandsaw on one of these, and have dragged it (with the saw) around more than once. it's very well suited to a lighted tool and the height is about perfect for an average man. will get another for a drill press.Cons -a pain to put together, instructions not greatPros -solid enough (bearing in mind the tool on it doesn't flex or shake)light and easy to movevery good value

Good tool stand , it takes.my pillar drill and grinder. Very good. That’s a workstation for me. What I would have liked is casters on the workstation.

I am very happy with the materials of this product. The frustration with it, however, is the need to assemble which I found time-consuming and awkward, to be frank. This frustration could be mitigated by the factory pre-assembling the top and bottom leaving only the legs to be added. This would increase costs but I think you could give the option to buy pre-assembled or not at the point of sale.

One of those items that owes much of its strength to its design. Although the steel parts feel a bit light weight when unpacked, the bench becomes stronger as you build it and the end result is very stable but not too heavy to be unwieldy. I liked the flexible top size which enable me to adapt it easily for all three of the tools that I plan to use it for. Great value for money too!

I know Silverline sell cheap products, but now I recon "cheap and nasty" fits the description for this item. Fortunately, I have a lot of experience and patience in assembling kit items.I was expecting it to be a bit difficult as I was working aloneThe first problem I found was the packing was damaged, unfortunately, it was left in my porch when delivered otherwise I would have refused to accept it,Some of the nuts and bolts were missing due to the damage to the packaging.Assembling the metalwork was reasonably straightforward apart from missing nuts and bolts, fortunately, I have a good stock of various nuts and bolts so that problem was overcome.The problem came when fitting the Shelf and the Top. The pre-drilled holes were nowhere in line with the holes in the metalwork. A rather straightforward job turned out to be a bit of a nightmare.

Un bel supporto ,che ho usato per il trapano a colonna,unica pecca se vogliamo essere pignoli le tavolette di legno molto sottodimensionate. Comunque un buon appoggio non traballante ,molto stabile.

Entspricht den Erwartungen sehr stabil.

Stativet är mycket stabil och passar bla. Att ha en liten bandsåg monterat på.Finns säkert en mängd olika behov som kan täckas av detta stativ

Je dirais qu'il supportera une machine de jusqu'à 50 kilos, peut-être plus, la mienne fait 30 kilos. J'ai donc très facilement monté ce support et changé seulement le plateau supérieur afin d'avoir quelque chose de plus rigide pour ma perceuse à colonne fraiseuse fixée directement sur ce plateau, un morceau de plan de travail de cuisine de 40 mm d'épaisseur que j'avais gardé au garage pour "en cas". Ce piètement auquel sont ajoutés des chaussons en plastique pour mieux glisser et ne pas abimer le sol, un de ces chaussons est réglable afin de compenser une éventuelle pente du sol. Extra. L'acier de la structure est largement suffisant pour remplir son office. Le plateau inférieur contribue à la rigidité de l'ensemble et est un vaste espace de rangement pour l'outillage des machines, super. Monté en cinq à dix minutes, tout compris, boulonnerie de qualité avec écrous autobloquants s'il vous plait. Mérite cinq étoiles et merci de m'avoir lu.

Muy cara para lo que es. Mesa de bricolaje es poco robusta para el uso de maquinas grandes y baila un poco con las vibraciones. Por este dinero mejor ir a un herrero y te haga una a medida de verdad, Uso de bricolaje y para pequeñas maquines es aceptable pero no le pidáis mas. Arrepentido de la compra me esperaba otra cosa.
