I have no clue what makes this brace work, but it does! I was getting to the point where I could not lift my watering cans with that arm because my elbow hurts so bad. I am now able to use that arm to water everyday. Take my advice and get one! They really do work!!!

My son says it fits well and is comfortable.

These elbow brace straps are pretty sturdy and well made. They have a removable, repositionable pad for applying targeted pressure to the forearm muscles. The strap is easy to adjust for an optimal fit. They are comfortable to put on and provide decent support for tennis elbow. They also help stabilize the forearm muscles during intensive physical activities. However, they do have a white-on-black branding in the front, which I would rather do without.These come packaged in a retail zipper bag. Overall, I like these elbow brace straps. They work pretty well for what they are designed to do. Compact, lightly and highly portable. Easy to pack for travel and to put them on during sports. I like that the raised pad can be repositioned to the desired spot for the targeted pressure. For the current price of around $15 per strap, they are a decent value for the money. I would say give them a try. They get the job pretty well for me.

The plastic strap holder hurts your arm. Just a very uncomfortable design especially with the mesh inside.

I like that this CAMBIVO 2 Pack Elbow Brace has a brace for each of my forearms, since I have tendinitis in both, so it's a good value. The hook & loop closure was easy for me to adjust even with one hand. And the braces provide hands-free compression, so I don't need to be constantly massaging the area during a flare up. Some stated they don't find the Detachable EVA Pad useful or comfortable, but I actually found that when I did need to massage the area for fascia release I could do it just running my palm over the pad in a kind of rolling pin movement while I was wearing the brace. So no need for a separate tennis ball or whatever for that anymore and, with this pad, I don't need to worry about it rolling away from the spot I need to focus on.

I have tennis elbows from lighting heavy weights when exercising so I now have to wear elbow compression sleeves as well as elbow braces when working out. I really like these elbow braces because of the EVA pad that provides targeted pressure points, which really helps with tennis elbow pain relief. I also appreciate that it comes with 2 pack so I can wear them on both arms. I only wish the straps were little longer but it's not a deal breaker for me (at least for my arms). I do recommend these for those who have tennis elbow or golf elbow.

The CAMBIVO 2 Pack Elbow Brace is a decent brace for tendenitis even if I didn't like it much.I developed tendeonitis in my left arm about 5 months ago. I've been wearing a couple different braces, but the one I've really liked has a "bubble" insert which pushes down on your arm which gives you pressure without it hurting worse.The CAMBIVO elbow brace is nicely made of great material. I also like the netting under the brace/velocro so that if you take the brace out, the soft velcro strip isn't directly on your arm. it seemed like the brace was too small for my arm (and I'm no Adonis), but once positioned the wrap pulls tightly with plenty of strap to spare.What I didn't like was the EVA insert. Why the spiky rubber pushing into your arm is supposed to make it feel better is beyond me - it made my arm ache. I tried flipping it around and "attaching it" to the netting strip in order to get some padding and more tension, but then the plastic velcro loops on the underside of the insert were digging into my arm.As far as price goes, I'm sure $30 for two of them is about right but I don't know why you'd by two at a time unless both legs/arms hurt which is not the ordinary.I'm sure the EVA insert helps some people, but not me.
