After looking through the preview on Amazon, I thought this might be useful in my quest to better understand Nutrition, but I found the book boring and didnt appear to keep me interested. I have read much better than this. Cheap though, for a book about food on a very basic level.

Really informative and colourful with good descriptors and diagrams. A good guide for those who are not as sure as they would like to be on nutritional info.

useful for planning lessons for KS3. Covers all the key areas of food & nutrition. Bright and colourful with a good mix of pictures, photos and data. Includes suggestions for activities and questions about each topic.

Excellent book to use for both student and teacher. There are fun activities to complete that makes the facts behind your food more interesting to learn.
