don’t be fooled
This think did nothing to remove hair, but did seriously irritate my skin. I followed the instructions and the advice of other reviewers to be gentle, but my legs still ended up feeling like I had major rug burns all over. They burned for 2 days! And other than the areas with very fine hair (which admittedly did come off), I was left with the same amount of hair plus red irritated skin.

This thing is AMAZING!! Don't let the weird Japanese reviews scare you away.
This hair eraser has changed my life. I was in love and in awe after using this on a small patch on my thigh. LIKE WOWWWW!! Why would anyone want to use razors, wax or anything else when these are available? You are literally dissolving and melting the hair off with light little circular rubs over your skin. The effect is super smooth hair free skin. Not even stubble. This actually got rid of my strawberry skin on my thighs. Oh yea this thing pretty much dermaplanes your skin as it's taking off the hair so skin looks brighter too. I don't know what's going on with all the weird and confusing Japanese reviews left for this product but really wish Amazon would delete them because alot of people om sure have been dissuaded to buy this thing and give it a try and they make people question the product. Seriously you are missing out. I know their are dozens and dozens of these available to buy and they all look the same and supposedly work the same but believe it or not some don't work as well as others. This one actually works.

Not User Friendly
Product would work if it wasn’t set so low in holder. Edges should be raised above. Can’t get close enough to large area without edges touching skin. Works great on knees, not on shin.

Consider your skin type
My sisters and I all bought this same hair remover. They both use it and have no complaints or issues. I, however, have more sensitve skin. I tryed the product both dry and wet and both times it gave me a rash.

Absolutely not!!!
I wish I would’ve read reviews, I went by the star rating and that was a big mistake. Most of the five star reviews are false and I reported a few. They aren’t even about this product. This product was developed and made in hell because my skin is on fire and not in a cute way. More like I’m afraid how bad it’s going to be tomorrow. This was incredibley painful. I got burned and my biggest mistake is I went to town with this. So my entire body is burning. I had to go in with razor bump be gone and holy WTF 😳. 🤬 the last time I was in this amount of pain I was having my IUD replaced.

Surprised!
This little thing is amazing! I keep it in my drawer next to my couch so when I'm sitting and watching TV, I can "shave". Haha! I know the reviews are mostly about anime, I'm not sure why they did that. This thing really works! It will feel a little like razor burn if you dig in with it. I just lightly buff the surface of my skin and the hair comes off and the skin is smooth! A friend recommended it to me and I just ordered it based on her excitement. I only use it on my legs and arms, not sure I want to try and buff my armpits to a shine. Lol I'm pretty happy with it though. I showed my husband and he grabbed it and rubbed the hair off a circle on his calf, handed it back and declared it a success! I guess he just had to know if it worked or not, it does. Don't worry about bad reviews, give it a shot. Follow simple logic, if it hurts when you use it, stop!

Broke out with hives
I tried a sample area on my arm. The hair was not easy to remove dry nor wet. I tried both ways. After many attempts I have broke out with hives right after. I am not sensitive to products. So this was alarming to me.
