I've bought this in the past, this is yet another incarnation. They've changed the gummies again, see to have less sugar which is a good thing. I haven't noticed any effect with this compared to what I purchased in May of 2023. The May 2023 version had me lose weight, not as fast as claims, but there was a boost to metabolism. I've been using these for a couple of weeks, no noticeable impact on metabolism, less of a sugar peak which is a good thing.

This product has the same active ingredient, Apple Cider Vinegar, as other more expensive brands, and you get 2 for $49.00. In addition, it works.I am a 68 year old female, who has asthma and had to do two rounds of prednisone last year. I gained weight. 20 pounds. i look like a pumpkin.My friends in the same age category are all struggling with weight issues. Some go to the gym, others swim, one diets. Unfortunately I developed a less common reaction to them after 2 weeks which went away within 3 days of stopping use. No affect on weight loss

Maybe TMI for some!If you want to wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating stomach cramps, incredible bloating and sit on the toilet for two hours with explosive diarrhea for three nights in a row then this product is for you. I WILL NOT use this product any longer! I will just go with what I should’ve started off with - good old fashion, healthy diet and exercise. I did lose 4 pounds but it’s NOT worth the loss of sleep and painful stomach ache!!

These have a good taste. My doctor would not recommend but says I can continue with them. Won't do harm.

BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT. Used it and gained weight! When I tried to return, I was advised by Amazon that it was NOT Returnable!!!! Waste of $50!!!!
