Laptop Is Smooth !!!!
I bought this laptop a while ago ,The performance and feedback of this laptop is quite impressive and it's worth the price too!!The only problem I found in this laptop was that is leaves fingerprint marks on the laptop whenever we use it!

Never buy such products from Amazon as they are least bothered to replace defective product m.
On 10th April, 2024 evening this Laptop got delivered. Next day I tried to configure it and while switching off I noticed both charging adopter & laptop were very hot. Today when tried use again I observed overheating. Then informed Amazon Customer Care. But the response was pathetic. Instead of directing Manufacturer, they ask me to visit nearest Authorised Service Center which is 200 KM away from my city.Henceforth I will NOT BUY any electronic devices from Amazon & NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to use Amazon platform for negligent behavior.

From a very long time i want to upgrade my old laptop to newer one as old one was not working goodbut after searching i found this dell laptop with best configuration that i requireperformance was powerfulbecause of ssd laptop on and off speed was goodmultitasking like noting daily work schedules and creating and reading pdf was never this good16gb ram speed was additional bonusscreen quality was good even tho it was 14inchlight weightinternet speed was goodwindows 11+office 2021 was an additional bonus

I have searched more than 2 months to choose a good laptop with my Budget.Finally found Dell laptop, which matches my requirement and most trusted brand in laptop.1. Good performance laptop at this price range for Office related works2. Speaker effect is good3. Laptop is light weight4. Battery backup is good - 4-5 hrsCons:1. Not suitable for gaming perpestive.2. Plastic quality is not upto to the mark3. Front camera clarity is not good4. No backlight option keyboard

Worst product from Dell
The laptop performance is worst and the post sales services are further detoriated... They never response correctly... I have to lodge the complaints three times on the performance of the laptop within three months..

Heater
Although product is nice but it is heater. Performance not doesn't justify price. My laptop hanged on its first use. Also it's touchpad isn't good. Sometimes it stopped responding at all. I am thinking of buying mouse
