The engraving is very nice. I got the basic chain and it broke in less than a week and the charm fell off somewhere unknown. I contacted the seller via review and they sent me a replacement right away. It looks just like the picture I sent in and is very cute. There are many choices for a chain and I’d recommend choosing one of the heftier choices, but other than that it’s a very nice product and I’m happy with their customer service for very quickly answering me and resolving my problem. I would recommend.

It’s not bad but not that great either. I lost my baby in March so want to have this so I can feel she is with me everywhere I go, though I’m not so thrilled with the quality. I guess it’s alright for the price, moreover it’s great for the memories.
