This is my first time using any cleansing balm and i really liked the fae skin cleansing balm. It removed all my makeup and sunscreen effortlessly. Good for double cleansing. Also, it didn't leave my skin oily and the formula is quite good. Such a nice product it is!!

Takes makeup off ok but the product leaks everywhere so it's not travel friendly at all

The makeup gets removed really very easily using this 'Face Mop'. I found this to be gentle on the skin and quite refreshing as well. The tube makes it easy to use, unlike other brands who sell in jars.

Zero stars is the actual rating for this garbage. The packaging is truly pathetic. I honestly don't know which to blame. The packaging or the actual formula. The oil in the product becomes separated from the cream and it leaks profusely. Half of the product leeked on the second day..Totally disappointed.I purchased this product with great expectations because I loved their sunscreen and the moisturizer.But this one is complete waste of my money .It even spoiled my newly bought makeup bag by leaking inside.

I had really high expectations from this product. The consistency is like water not thick at all how they show in their videos. Stings my eyes SO bad, which was a huge red flag for me. Does not do what it claims and is very average at removing heavy eye makeup. Honestly very disappointed.
