My 3 year old loves it.
I bought this for my 3 year old daughter. It is her first train set and she started playing with it immediately and absolutely loves it. The attention to detail with all the different pieces is wonderful and there’s a lot of scope for creativity, which is ideal. I was looking for a wooden train set and I am so happy with this purchase.

Not bad for the price but not great quality
This is obviously cheaper than a lot of the bigger name train sets, so was a good way for me to test whether my 18mo would enjoy it (with supervision). He loves the set and it's good for his quite basic needs at this age. I have found though that the pieces of track don't fit together very well (some of then are completely wonky), and this means that the trains derail quite easily. This is fine for now, but if/when he starts showing a more serious interest in trains as he gets older I'll be investing in a better quality set.
