Love the colour, comfy pen for regular daily writing.
I use fountain pens all the time and would use good few of them. I loved the colour! I use two parkers with two different colours of ink in them. Comfortable pen for daily use. Good value for the money too. They last a while.

Lovely to write properly again
There is nothing quite like writing with a fountain pen. This Parker pent, medium nib, is comfortable to hold, and once you get used to the nib, will allow you to write in a flowing script, which is both pleasing to create and read. The ink flows smoothly and gives and even finish. I'm so pleased to have a fountain pen again.

Nice professional fountain pen
Great pen and having a metallic casing means it's unlikely to shear along the screw thread (happened with a previous black plastic pen). Nib is much nicer as a fine tip rather than medium. Anyone looking to buy should first note that this pen has a distinctive style, as do other Parker models, especially with the rounded nib design. With the pen in the regular orientation (nib upwards), letters will come out with broad and thin sections (even with a fine nib), not uniform. If you like this style, then you're all set. If you want more uniform strokes as you get with gel pens, elect for a longer, flatter nib style (possibly a Lamy).I have found there is an optimal angle to writing with the pen, but in general the nib moves easily across the page with little to no friction.

I have two, I love them.
I love this pen so much I got a second. I use both with conveters due to the economy and how I disagree with the use of disposable plastic pens and cartridges. The fine nib is perfect for almost all paper, writes smoothly and has helped me improve my handwriting. Been using for three months now and haven’t picked up another pen since! Great pen for getting into fountain pens, maybe soon I’ll get a more expensive Parker...A definite reccomendation for anyone!

Highly recommend this pen, the ink will last for ages
I love the purple colour, and the pen writes so smoothly that I have rediscovered my passion for novel writing. Each cartridge allows me to write approximately 103 A4 pages before needing to replace.

Great beginners fountain pen
Great pen to start a child off with fountain pens, as its very reasonably price and still writes lovely. I do love all Parker fountain pens you can tell the difference as you go up the price scale but this is a great starting pen.

The Kalashnikov of the fountain pen world
I've had many Parker products over the years as well as 3-4 vector fountain pens. I have found them simple, well built, feel good in the hand and in the case of the fountain pen writing is smooth on the paper and free flowing. Maybe its a nib design or the Parker ink consistency or a combination of both, but jotting down notes or writing formally it just feels nice. Once you have tried one shelling out for a Mont Banc Uber whatsit just doesn't stack up

Works fine; not as good quality as the Parkers of old
I have always liked fountain pens as they slow down my writing enough to make it a bit more legible. I had (almost) this exact pen c16 years ago when I wrote my GCSEs and wanted a replacement. However, compared to the old Parkers this looks cheap, specifically the plastic of the main pen is slightly see-through compared to my old one.

Good investment
This is my second version of this pen. I use it exclusively when writing in my journal. I picked up my first one in London 15 years ago. Unfortunately, the barrel case eventually cracked from the abuse of travel and wear. I like the somewhat narrower barrel; it fits well in my hand. Good fountain pens can be exorbitantly expensive. If you are looking for one that is affordable, does the job, and offers some element of style, this would be my recommendation.

Very smooth and compact
Surprisingly smooth to write with and very compact. It has become my go-to fountain pen. Ink doesn't dry out in the pen even if you don't use it for a couple of weeks, even with a fine nib. (Most of my other budget pens suffer from this very annoying problem).Probably not the most sophisticated design, if you intend to use it as gift, but it will, definitely, be appreciated if the recipient is a regular fountain pen user.

Classier than a ballpoint!
Bought this pen after a trip down Memory Lane when I saw Dr John Campbell use one in his YouTube videos. Used these pens many years ago at school and they are still a great buy today!

Great classic pen
A great pen, but feels strangely light compared to the 90s versions. Still a fantastic pen, but feels way different in your pocket and hand.
