I`m usually a bit sceptical about probiotics having tried them in the past, but having quite alot of stomach issues recently i was willing to try anything. These came as a non-refrigerated version so can just keep them room temperature. I didnt really notice much for the first few days but then i found going to the toilet easier and also after eating spicy foods like curries or vegetarian dinners i didnt get bloated or wind like i did before.These are quite expensive, but they are worth it to me as its making a positive difference to my lifestyle. I use to avoid lots of food but now i feel my stomach can cope better with them.

I did tons of research on probiotics online. typing in the top 5, or best probiotics etc. And garden of life brand probiotics popped up. I know Garden of Life very well, i take their supplements, super greens etc. It’s a good quality brand that I trust. I’m very picky and garden of life again, delivered! It’s a brand you can trust, that has the best of the best and you will know it by the positive, great way you feel, that there says it all. My husband and I both take garden of life products because they do not disappoint!

Watch who you order it from
I haven't noticed much, but I like it so far. No issues. Be careful who you order it from though. The first two times, they shipped it with a cool pack since it's best kept refrigerated. However, the third time they didn't. It's in the 90's where I live so I feel like I probably should toss it out.

This one seemed to improve my digestive process overall. I noticed it immediately.

I've noticed a big difference in my health.
So I've had stomach issues for 15 years. I've had colonoscopy's, endoscopy's, gastric emptying tests, and tons of blood work. I got diagnosed with gastroparesis and SIBO, but the doctors couldn't figure out how to fix me. Three things have made a massive difference. I take this every morning, I take digestive enzymes before each meal, and the last one, it's going to sound a little weird, but trust me on this, is taking a cold shower.My theory on all this is the connection to my vagus nerve. I've read that probiotics have ways to help your vagus nerve and so does cold showers. I started these and enzymes 9 months ago which significantly dropped my health issues, but it wasn't until I added the showers that things got to almost non existent levels. In 2 months since I do all 3 I've had 1 or 2 days where I was sick where it used to be 3-6 days a week. I still watch what I eat by cutting diary, nuts, processed foods and sugars, but I've even tried going crazy with cookies, pasta, and pizza with minimal issues. Hope this helps someone
