Replacement remote
The remote connected easily and worked straight away. Received free of charge as the original was using a set of batteries every 2 weeks.

Quality over cheapest
I’ve tried the cheaper options which work like two minutes. I left it a while to write a review just incase but so far so good definitely worth the extra

Very disappointed
So I originally reviewed this as 5* as did what it had to do.I bought the fire tv in July 2023, I had to buy a new remote in April 2024 as the middle circle button stopped worked and I wasn't able to go left or down on my TV which was definitely frustrating.So I ordered a new remote which worked perfectly, now 4 months later, the new remote middle bottom and home bottom have both stopped worked.I cant press down on the middle circle botton and when I press the home bottom nothing happens. To get back to the home screen I have to switch the TV off every time, which doesn't always work. This is not a cheap remote, so very unhappy.

Perfect for the job
I bought this so as to have two remotes for my Toshiba 43inch Fire TVVery easy to setup and it worked straight away. As good as my original that came with the TV. Looks almost identical too.

Arrived in opened packaging
Advertised and ordered as new but arrived with packaging opened.Seems to work okay.Not returned due to urgent need, very disappointing as I seemed to have been sent pre opened goods

I bought a new amazon tv, and the remote stopped working. Amazon were very good, and replaced it.

Only bought as a Replacement
Slightly annoyed that I had to buy one as the one that came with the TV only lasted a few months, even changing batteries didn’t help!
