Really Powerful, Check your fittings!
The item arrived with a smashed/bent up handle, compelling me to realign it before commencing the task. However, this scenario seems all too familiar as I consistently find myself having fix anything I buy whether new or used.The installation process followed the standard protocol for a sump pump, and the fitting proceeded smoothly thanks to the provided o-ring and teflon tape. A minor hiccup arose when I needed to procure an adapter for a larger size, but this obstacle was easily overcome. It's worth noting that the wire supplied was excessively long for my particular setup, but I'd prefer it that way rather than dealing with insufficient length.The pump itself boasts an impressive heft, noticeably outweighing its predecessor. Its construction appears robust, with substantial components crafted from durable cast iron.Having said that, this pump commands significant power. Its activation seems almost eager to wrench itself free from its moorings. The disparity in potency between this pump and my previous one was so pronounced that it starkly highlighted the vulnerabilities in my existing system. In fact, it exerted such force that it dislodged the rubber coupling, resulting in a water spray directed at my basement ceiling. This pump is undeniably a force to be reckoned with. Now that I've harnessed its formidable capabilities, I'm optimistic about its longevity, expecting it to serve reliably for years to come.

STOPPED WORKING
FINSIHED BASEMSENT AND HAD PLUMBER INSTALL PUMP. ALL OK. TWO DAYS LATER WASHER AND SHOWERED OVER FILLED PIT AND FLOODED BASEMENT BECAUSE PUMP STOPPED WORKING. PLUMBER REMOVED AND SAID THE MOTOR IS SEIZED. IVE TRIED TO CONTACT COMPANY WITH NO LUCK. BASED OUT OF ITALY. DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE FLOODED BASEMENTS.

They honored the warranty!
I first left a negative review because it quit working, and it took some time to finally find a supervisor to honor their warranty. They sent a replacement at no charge. It is only fair that I give them 5 stars. And say thank you and recommend them.

We had a fair amount of elevation (24’ ) and distance (80+) from our sewage pit to city manhole. This pump works great!

So far so good it seems to be working good and it has good lift power to pump sewage up a hill and most importantly buy the extra warranty protection for three years you won't regret it.

It lasted for 5 months, water bot past the seals and Poof, would not recommend
just died too quickly so I would guess quality of this unit was substandard, when it worked it was not bad but i am not changing a pump every 5 months. don't do it.
