It's heavy and tight enough that it puts pressure on your head/face to help relieve some headache or migraine pain, but not so tight that it's uncomfortable. The best thing about it, in my opinion, is the option to put it in the fridge or freezer to make it cooler. This helps me a lot when I get sinus headaches or sinus migraines. You can also heat it in the microwave to make it hot, if that's what works best for you. It's comfortable and seems to be good quality (seems like it will last). It pulls over your face, covers your eyes, and covers about half of your cheeks (depends on the size of your face lol), but doesn't cover your nostrils so you can breathe comfortably. It basically goes down to about just under your cheekbones. It's not going to take away a migraine, but it definitely helps alleviate some of the aching.

Works well, but don't freeze (too cold) put in refrigerator.

Great product. Yes, one could just buy an ice pack, but this has a very soft covering that doesn’t irritate the neck, it comes down past the head to surround the neck and it cools quickly in the freezer. It’s also a beanie for the head. I love it!!!

I love this headache relief sleeve. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and this is the first thing that I have found that helps me sleep when I have an attack. I have also used it on my shoulder when I have a bursitis flair up. I just lie down and place it over the sore spot and relax. I bought a second one to have just in case!!

This pack encompasses your entire head and is made up of a silky outside material and firm gel inside that when pulled over your head evenly distributes coolness and is very soothing! I highly recommend if you suffer from headaches. It completely blocks out light as well with a small cut out for your nose.
