I have been taking a K2 supplement for a while along with a D3 one. Apparently it helps the D3 to be absorbed better.1. You get 120 capsules in a letterbox friendly white plastic container, with a push off lid. Under the lid is a removable security seal.2. The capsules are about 1.9cm x 0.6cm and they slip down easily for me, with water.3. The 100ug (133% NRV) dose is one per day with food and water. So, you will have enough for about 3 months.4. They are manufactured in the UK to GMP standards, are vegan suitable and have a best before date of 02/2025.5. The current price of £9.45 is fine, in my opinion. This is obviously a quality product.

This is perfect, nothing more or less than the exact dose needed of vitamin K2. Studies show that 100mcg of K2 is sufficient whether you take 1000 or 4000IU of D3.I use this along with supplements that have Vitamin D but no K2 since one is needed to carry out the functions of the other, otherwise they're ineffective.Vitamin D3 ensures proper absorption of calcium and K2 delivers it to the bones, without K2 calcium would just be absorbed into the blood stream.Simple ingredients and perfect dose while being affordable so I would recommend.
