Do you have any tightness in your back? Well here you go.I just received these as a Valentine's Day gift. They are very sturdy, don't bend, but once you allow yourself some time on these, your back might bend a little easier.Obviously I just got these but they are already something that I take time to use, especially before bed. If you have a particularly tight or painful area, I suggest moving so the roller is near but not directly on that spot. Be patient with yourself. Hopefully you'll eventually be able to release that very tight area.If your hair is long, just put it up, or don't and then roll onto it and have a little panic. Some of us learn the hard way.I have chronic pain and I already have a bit of relief after using these that lasts for a couple of hours, so I am hopeful. I highly recommend using these on an exercise mat. These likely won't move too much from alignment, but you need your feet to not be sliding around when you are trying to move to a different position, or when trying to get up ( or off of your hair).That's all I have for now, but I do recommend these rollers. Just try to relax and slow down your breathing, if you can't , then roll just a bit until you find a spot that you can work with. Also, if you have someone at home with you, use these near them in case you need help getting up, if you have areas of weakness.

I was a bit skeptical about using these to stretch out my back, mainly because I'm a big guy (240#) and the last thing I wanted was for these things to break while I'm using them. The seem pretty sturdy and they work fine. As others have mentioned, using them can be painful, but I think some of that is due to folks doing too much, too soon. I started with the larger wheel and rolled about half way up my back. It definitely stretched my spine out, but as soon as I started feeling pain/discomfort, I stopped. Since then, I've slowly progressed so I can roll back further with little to no pain or discomfort. Same with the smaller wheels, although I used them more for my neck and upper back. My recommendation is try them, but go slow. It isn't a magic fix, but if you rush into using these, you could definitely hurt yourself!

I started commuting more to work and the stress of the drive started giving me alot of upper and lower back pain. The pain felt more like tension that needed to be cracked out “kind of like cracking your knuckles”. I ordered these wheels and after one use my back pain was gone. My back cracked like never before rolling on the biggest wheel. Now I use these at least once a week and have zero back pain. Absolutely sturdy and you get a very good quality product. All of the other brands are $20 more so I feel like i got a very nice deal and it gets the job done. Very very happy with this purchase.

Stretchability is great the parents, it also helps to releases body issues pains. And it’s pleasant to look at.
