Gentle approach with gradual results
In my skincare routine, I've incorporated the GOLDFADEN MD Light Treatment Dark Spot Pigment Corrector, primarily targeting my cheekbones where I've been dealing with sun spot hyperpigmentation. The formulation, centered around alpha arbutin, has proven to be gentle on my sensitive skin.Being aware that dark spot correction is a gradual process, I understand that visible results may take some time to manifest. I would recommend using this in combination with a vitamin C serum and sunscreen daily for best results.

AWESOME!
AMAZING! My skin has never looked better. Had a lot of acne marks and never would have left the house without make-up. I can now. Works fast! This stuff delivers!

Light treatment
Received this item and have been using as a spot treatment on a dark spot since the 2nd week of September. I’ve noticed my dark spot made a shade lighter and less noticeable but it could also be me just hoping this is working. The change is very subtle. The formula is lightweight and allowed me to layer with other skincare. Hasn’t caused irritation. Dark spot correctors never work quickly so subtle change or barely change in a month I think is a success. I’ll continue use and hope in another month or two I’ll have even more change to my dark spot.

Nice but Expensive
GOLDFADEN MD Light TreatmentI ordered this without looking at the ingredients first since they were not listed on the product page. After getting the serum and looking at the ingredients, I can see the formula is really nice and feels hydrating while helping with age spots and brightening. This is a clear watery serum and it took about 2 pumps to cover my face. I have been using this for a week now and noticed some SLIGHT improvement with discoloration on the side of my face. It is not irritating and feels very hydrating. Since this has hyaluronic acid, you need to use an additional cream on top of this to lock in that moisture otherwise you will end up with rebound dryness. I have super dry skin that is also sensitive and this didn't cause any issues.I have had faster results using Kojic Acid which has completely removed dark spots within a week. This contains alpha-arbutin is supposed to help with pigment issues but I still find that it is very slow at getting rid of those spots. This also contains red tea extract (rooibos) and the alpha hydroxy content of red tea can reverse cell damage and rejuvenate the skin. As a rich source of bioflavanoids, red tea improves blood circulation and glowing skin. This comes in a basic plastic bottle with a vacuum pump and contains 30ml. It is made in the USA and the package is not safety sealed. There is no expiration date but it should be used within 12 months of opening.#alcohol-free #fragrance & essential oil-freeKey IngredientsAntioxidant: Alpha-ArbutinSkin brightening: Alpha-Arbutin, red tea extractSkin-identical ingredients: Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Squalane, GlycerinALL INGREDIENTS BY FUNCTIONEmollient: Cetearyl Isononanoate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oleosomes, SqualaneEmulsifying: Cetearyl AlcoholMoisturizer/humectant: Hyaluronic Acid, Seaweed Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, GlycerinPreservative: Glyceryl Caprylate, Phenoxyethanol, EthylhexylglycerinSolvent: Purified Water (Aqua)Surfactant/cleansing: Cetearyl AlcoholViscosity controlling: Seaweed Extract, Sodium Polyacrylate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Xanthan GumIngredientsPurified Water (Aqua), Hyaluronic Acid, Seaweed Extract, Alpha Arubutin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Cetearyl lsononanoate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oleosomes, Sodium Hyaluronate, Squal-ane, Sodium Polyacylate, Glycerin, Glyceryl Caprylate, Xanthan Gum, Red Tea Extract Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin

Very Nice, Creamy, Hydrating, Moisturizing Serum - I May Be Sensitive To Alpha Arbutin
(Ingredients list is at the bottom of this review.)I was really enjoying using the GOLDFADEN MD Light Treatment Dark Spot Corrector. It's a lovely serum, but unfortunately, my dry, sensitive skin became sensitized not long after I first applied it. I believe I am likely sensitive to Alpha Arbutin. Most people with more resilient skin seem to be able to handle it well. For reference, I experienced redness, tightness, light stinging, and irritation. This serum is a really nice texture. It is thick, viscous, and creamy. It goes onto the skin very smoothly and soaks in easily, while still leaving a lasting layer of moisture and hydration present on the surface of the skin. It layers well with other products. It feels very nice, smooth, hydrating, and moisturizing on the skin. The scent is very faint, but it is light and fresh. This serum can be used as a targeted spot treatment, or it can be used as a regular serum on the entire face and neck. It is meant to be used before a moisturizing cream or lotion. It is important to wear sunscreen when using Alpha Arbutin during the day, as it can cause photosensitivity. The packaging is a white plastic pump bottle. I love the Goldfaden MD pump bottles, because they ensure that you will get all of the product out of the bottle, without having to dig, scrape, or pour out the contents when you come to the end of the bottle. I think the pump is called a pressurized pump. It has a spring inside. The bottom of the bottle raises up with each pump, and forces all of the product out of the bottle. I just find it really nice not to waste expensive, high-end skincare products.Overall, this is a really lovely serum for those who know that they aren't sensitive to any of the ingredients. I am really disappointed that I won't be able to continue to use it on my face and neck. Fortunately, I have found that my body is not sensitive to the cream, so I will continue to use it on the hyperpigmentation on my arms and legs. I would recommend this serum to anyone looking for a very nice dark spot corrector.INGREDIENTS:Purified Water (Aqua), Hyaluronic Acid, Seaweed Extract, Alpha Arubutin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oleosomes, Sodium Hyaluronate, Squalane, Sodium Polyacylate, Glycerin, Glyceryl Caprylate, Xanthan Gum, Red Tea Extract Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.
