Came Broken and Scratched
The media could not be loaded. The tractor is metal The trailer is plastic with scratches on the top like it was a return or someone played with it. I thought it was going to be a professional level of vinyl stickers in the trailer. It's an inkjet type of graphics with the sticker going the length of the trailer. I wanted the number to be smaller but it's large. Won't buy from them again. Customer support button for returns won't work. Just buy your own truck and go to a local print ship or get a label maker. Same type of quality.

Exceptional customer service
Ordered as a Christmas gift with custom decals. One of them were printed incorrectly. Using the customer service contact seller feature in Amazon, this company was VERY responsive and courteous. They made it right and it looks awesome!!! Thank you Jamie! 😊

Awful, cheap, rip off.
Don’t buy this!!They print your image on a big sticker and slap it on the side of the trailer, it’s not even put on centered, there’s ripples in it, there’s extra material hanging off, the picture on the door overlaps up into the window space. The hitch doesn’t hold the trailer, the trailer just falls right out. Then this came with some broken plastic near the hitch as well.What a turd of a Christmas gift for my little guy.Horrible productHorrible priceHorrible practice to sell this for what it is.

Customization looks horrible. Do not but or you will be very disappointed!
Initially I had inquired about getting different lettering on the trailer which I was told was going to be an additional $60. I declined due to the fact that it was already expensive. Now that I have received the product my company decals look terrible none of the stickers are aligned on the diecast if I could give it a zero I would. Complete disappointment not happy whatsoever do not recommend at all! The truck itself is OK but as far as the customization it looks terrible. Absolute worst purchase I have made on Amazon yet! Buyer beware!!!

If I would have known “custom” meant printing off cheap sticker and sticking it on would never purchased. Better off buying the truck and having a child color it
