Good flavor, and healthy, but, absolutely zero feeling "buzzed!" II was hoping to get the "buzz" they claim to get from this, but, I got nothing other than a refreshing drink. False advertisement, don't waste your money if your expecting a alcohol type "buzz" as they claim. And it says one packet for 8 oz. once a day, I took 2 packets immediately and got no "calm, relax, buzz," as they promised. I don't EVER review products, however, felt I should on this one, since I am so very hghly disappointed.

Despite the few bad reviews, I tried it hoping for a relaxing effect when mixed with my probiotic soda, magnesium, and kava drops to help me sleep at night. These packets were absolutely FUNDAMENTAL in making my concoction! I sleep better than when I was taking AMBIEN. It’s a(n) Poppi or Olipop, with a couple drops of Mary Ruth’s organic calming Kava, and two capsules of Unol extra strength 420mg magnesium in a late night cocktail - it did me in every time.This is your solution to pharmaceuticals/ prescriptions!People who complain about taste have obviously never had an herbal tea in their lives. It tastes like a tea. No unpleasant taste at all. Could drink cold or hot.

I bike 60 miles a weekend and have trouble sleeping the night after the bike ride, even though I am exhausted. I bought this mix after reading about Ashwagandha. I was truly shocked at the relaxation it promotes. I take it an hour before bed and I noticed that my muscles no longer feel sore or in pain while sleeping. I am ready to ride again the next day.Wonderful product!

This is a good herbal blend, mixes with water and not too sweet. I’ve tried it cold and hot, just like tea. I definitely feel relaxed after it!

Aside from the terrible taste the product does not dissolve, it just settles in a granular form at the bottom of the cup (like coffee grounds) and has zero calming effect. Would not recommend, total waste of money.
