It was packaged really well. All parts and hardware were clearly labelled, and it even came with a screwdriver! I assembled it without difficulty, and after adding a propane tank, it started immediately. I love that it came with everything you need from the blue glass to the glass wind block to the cover. No need to purchase additional accessories!

Amazing value for the price paid! So glad I waited for a discount but would have paid full price! It lights easily, functions accurately, puts off heat and light creating the perfect ambiance for your backyard patio! Like that it can be used as a table too. Would like it is the tank placement was a bit closer to the door so it was easier to reach when turning the gas on and off

Assembly was easy. Finished result was good. Their quality control leaves a lot to be desired. I ended up fixing the defective panel myself.

Put together easy , we use it in out screened in porch- great price, keeps you warm

I bought the 43" black steel firepit. It so so easy to assemble. The directions were simple. It took about 2 hrs to put together.Couldn't be happier that I ordered this. It came with blue glass stones and a cover which is very durable. I highly reccomend this firepit. You won't be disappointed.

The people that said that it took them hours, I'm sorry. For everybody else it's actually kind of amazing! Super quick to put up, i mean like 30 minutes. Only complaint would be is they could properly label the bags of which each piece are yes they do letters but it doesn't correctly correspond with the directions.Outside of that everything else is f****** awesome love it

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my moms birthday. It arrived quickly and on her actual birthday! It was easy to put together, sturdy, and looks beautiful! 5 stars!

It's a good buy for the price. Serves our needs perfectly and the folding sides are a great option if you need just a little more table space. Couple gripes though...1. The instruction diagrams need to have better detail. Specifically the section on folding shelves are way too small on the instructions to really understand it. If you find yourself with a large 2-3" gap between the side shelf and the main table, that's because you need to flip the shelf 180° and install again. Speaking from experience.2. There were an awful lot of extra screws left over after the install leaving me scratching my head wondering if I missed something. I can understand 1 or 2 extra screws just in case, but we are talking over 10 extra various screws. Plus, there was an extra square piece with threads in the middle that is not even identified in the instruction manual nor can I find any spot it goes to.3. The wind screen (glass) gets black stains all over it after each use. This might be an issue with any fire pit of this kind, I wouldn't know. It appears to wipe off kind of easy.4. Something strange, when you crank the propane output to its absolute maximum, the flames sputter and blow out. But, if you crank the propane about 95% to it absolute maximum, it stays on and has quite a large flame output.5. Lastly, and this is my biggest gripe. In the space left open next to the propane tank inside the table, it would not have costed this company much more to let you install a shelf underneath that runs the entire length of the table inside. This would allow you to stow away items like the plastic cover or the glass wind screen when either of them are not in use. Instead, there is this HUGE void underneath the table next to the propane tank that is useless. Would have given 5 stars if they had this feature.Would I buy this again? Yes. I shopped everywhere and for the price, this checked off all the things I was looking for (1) Foldable ends (2) Comes with wind screen (3) Comes with a cover (4) Comes with blue rocks, not lava rocks and (5) under $300. Almost all other options on Amazon did not meet these criteria.
