This was recommended to me by a friend and as someone who gets regular headaches, I was very excited to try it out. I was almost excited to get my next headache. I kept it in the freezer until I needed it. The relief I felt when I put it on the first time was amazing. It seriously feels so good. The only issue I had was that the cold relief only lasts about 5-10 minutes before its gone. Not sure if that's normal or not but I do wish it would stay cold longer.

I've been dealing with sinus issues since I was about 5 and got my first migraine not long after, at 40 I've tried lots of different methods of helping with pain. This is truly a gamechanger for me in the wearable relief category. Just being in the refrigerator is cold enough to help most of the time, the cold surrounding the entire head without applying too much pressure, and no weird smells like some other brands, no messes like wet rags or ice packs. This provided so much relief with just the amount of cold and pressure when I was recovering from a concussion recently that I wondered hoe I had lived my life thus far without it. It was great to slide on my leg when frozen to put on my knee after cortisone injections too!
