This is my 4th milk frother, all the others stopped working in a few months, separating the jug from the powered based is inspired, no risk of moisture in the switch when washing. The plastic mixing disk is way better than the metal one others have and so much easier to keep clean, plus it makes the best frothed milk !! I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I am very satisfied with the price point and value for the money. Anyone who buys this product will felllike a barista at home. I recommend this product

Was so excited when I got this, worked great. Milk was perfect for my mornings.... then it died after 6 months. Total crap. Buy a different one!

This milk steamer does what it’s supposed to. There are two things that bother me, but not enough to return it.One - it takes a long time to heat/froth milk. For example, hot chocolate takes between 10-12 minutes. But I do chores while I wait and it’s worth waiting for.Two - there are two plastic attachments. One for frothing, which is magnetic. The other is for heating milk or hot chocolate, not magnetic. The problem is it doesn’t clip on to the magnetic piece so it never stays on. So when the milk is heating, it makes noise because the loose piece is banging around the stainless steel frother.Despite these issues, it’s worth sharing I use this with non dairy milks (oat, soy, etc) and it froths the milk perfectly which isn’t always the case with other frothers. Also, for hot chocolate, I add cacao powder, sweetener, milk, and seasonings and its blends so well on hot chocolate mode.

Love mixing cold and hot drinks! Pour everything to the specified line, walk away, and in 5 minutes my drinks done!

Quality is good for the price, it works pretty well.

This frother is easy to use and clean. A wonderful purchase.
