This product exceeded my expectations! It was so easy and quick to set up. The speed of the tablet is remarkable. Great picture quality. Apps were easy to download with great options. Love the fact that it came with the charger, charger box, and a screen protector! Great purchase!

Very disapointed, it no longer charges no matter what I do. I do not recommend you purchase this tablet. It is my second one with the same problem.

The tab functions as an ordinary tablet with your basic features which was good enough for me. But I feel let down. My biggest disappointment is how unresponsive the touch screen is. In one particular corner might even be damaged because I need to repeatedly tap or press firmly for it to respond. The charger gets EXTREMELY HOT while charging EVERY single time. Sometimes I get worried about starting an electrical fire and unplug it. I don't plug anything in the same socket while its charging and lastly the battery life is poor. Battery goes dead within 3hrs of continual use. At least it charges fast.

Received product quickly and as described. After the activation and account setup with my 4 year old who is so anxious to download the entire Play Store Kids Collection! I noticed that the charging port was slightly under set. So i plugged it in and the battery displayed 85% so i handed it over and he dove right in. About 2.5hrs later i heard him grunting in frustration so i turned to see him manhandling the USB port, determined to find the angle and get it charging up again. So before it got any worse i decided to fix it , no big deal. I contacted the seller to let them know the situation . But before i could start they had already contacted me and were more than happy to send a replacement product next day. Excellent. "5 star" customer service. I DEFINITELY recommend and will purchase from this seller again.

Worked great. For a couple days. Until it was dropped onto carpet. Screen cracked. Screen protector survived the fall. Went to make a claim. Company wants more money. Won't purchase twice.
