I’ve taken many forms of magnesium from gummies to other brands… This is the best. I have slept like a rock. Only need one pill as recommended. Very high quality sleep and thankful for it.

I like that the brand is "Integrative Therapeutics", but I've only taken this at 1 capsule/day for 4 days so can't yet tell if it is helping. I note that I also take 2 other magnesium supplements (Mag Threonate which crosses blood-brain barrier, and 80% Mag Chloride solution that helps with constipation).After 2 weeks, if I've not experienced any problems, I will up the dose to 2/day. At that point, I may update my review.

I have this delivered every month. A friend referred me to when I wasn't sleeping well due to stress. Wow does this work. it doesn't knock you out, no hang over feeling. Just helps shut my brain off.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I feel great.

Llevo tomándolo un mes casi diario (a veces se me llega a olvidar) y sí siento una mejoría en la concentración y ansiedad. Sin duda recomendable.
