I have noticed some skin improvements but they’re not consistent in the sense that my skin will be really good for few days and then it has 2 bad days , that type of inconsistency.Otherwise I’m an active, healthy guy so it’s hard to feel even healthier.I haven’t noticed any impact in mental sharpness , stability or swiftness.4/5 because on the good days the skin is significantly better so I think it’s only a matter of time, I need to consume this for longer.

NMN has so many proven benefits and even more benefits that are being studied. It's no wonder the price of the product is high for the volume of product contained, it's a very desirable supplement. I like to take mines with trans-resveratrol and have definitely noticed significant improvements since starting a few weeks ago.I noticed the dosage is a bit higher than recommending due to the strength of the NMN, so I'd go online and do the calculations to make sure your happy with the dosage your taking.Too early to say about long term benefits but already my energy levels are better and my skin rashes seem to be clearing a bit. Hopefully the positive effects continue.

I did not expect the quick effects that this powder gave me. It has a tiny spoon inside the packet and a bag of the crystals that keep moisture out. The advice is two level spoons dissolved under the tongue. Be warned there is a very bitter aftertaste....not a pleasant experience to take but the effects are worth it. Ive only been using this a few days and I have noticed a big improvement in alertness and ability to process information easier. I suspect I have ADHD and this is improving my processing difficulties. If the effects continue to work as well as they have been doing I will be very happy as I do fluctuate alot with my ability to process information pending health and surroundings. Overall the only negative I have is the strong aftertaste but definitely worth the effects I have had as a result of using this.

Unlike most NMN supplements, this comes in a powder form and has a little scoop to measure out the exact amount needed to get the 1000mg (2 scoops) or half the dose of 500mg (1 scoop).It is advised to put this under the tongue for faster absorption, similar to liquid vitamins with a dropper.The powder is very fine and fluffy, similar to powdered sugar. The taste is not the most pleasant, initially it has a citrusy flavour but the longer it sits there the more it tastes like some medicine that's slightly bitter.The powder will just sit there unless you move the tongue around a bit to dissolve it faster, the underneath of my tongue also felt a little numb once everything dissolved but at least it did not last long or leave a weird aftertaste.The ingredients are clean and good, 99% purity is excellent and there is a benefit of this powder being absorbed straight into the blood stream instead of going through the digestive system first as it would with capsules, just the taste and amount of powder needed daily is not my favourite.

I've only been using this nmn powder for a few days but I definitely notice an improvement in my energy levels when I do use it. The taste is awful, quite bitter even you do manage to only get it under your tongue to dissolve you'll still get some flavour so my top tip is to avoid getting too much on your taste buds carefully emptying the scoop under the tongue!I've not done the recommended 2 scoops yet because of the taste, plus 1 scoop seems to be enough for me.I feel an increase in energy and mentally sharper, ideas and the right words are always right there when I need them - I write and create content so this supplement is a now a must for my productivity tool kit.
