Product is good but delivery was delayed
Product performance is really good for the price…. But the delivery agency (Delhivery courier service) delayed the delivery of shipment almost 1 week. Then we did many follow-ups with Amazon & the Supplier to get the delivery to our location.

Good battery with higher current rating for longer backup. I was looking for a long and short battery that can fit in open almirah without the need for buying a trolley and this fitted very well

defective leaking battery delivered and not replacing
the battery is defective and NOT WORKING since the first day.the service engineer came and said, he will write to his company for replacing.no one truned up.i contacted amazon.theu said to write an email to the company.i did write an email to company but no one has responded.please help.
