Great worker placent game with a twist!
Have had this game for a while and must say it is mine and my wives favourite. I live the worker placement theme and doesn't feel too long. Just long enough for your engine to build up and has that lovely feeling of ending too early, much better than dragging on.Plays in just over an hour for 2, can be quicker but expect about that. Takes about 30mins longer per extra player. All in a great game, components great, game play great!

I don't like this game, not because I think it is a bad game, but because I can't win it! It is a brilliant game with lots of different strategies to win (and unfortunately for me, to lose) and it seems that playing Keyflower different ways two times will not result in a guaranteed win, even if the first time you do win.The game is played with meeples of different colours and you can use them to either auction hexagons or work them to produce. Other players' hexagons can be worked to deny access, but you lose those meeples. Upgrading your hexagons will result in others using them and screwing your plans up.Yes. Different, in a way
It took me, sometime, playing the game on my own, to fathom out what it was all about. Slightly similar to the game Carcassonne, but more 'mind bending'. The rules, as is often the case, could have been written more clearly, particularly the final and most important aspect of scoring at the end od the game. But I would still buy it, it is fascinating, and full of variation so that each game is 'different'. There is a lot of help online for understanding the finer points of the game.

This game is great and has incredible depth. The way the mechanics work together is just outstanding, and I have never played a game like it. It might look like a relaxing euro game like Carcassonne or Settlers of Catan, but NO! It is brutal and unforgiving and I love it.My only complaint is the artstyle. It looks pretty bland, and sometimes I have trouble convincing people that it is as good as I say it is.
