it seems to work as intended since it prompts me to correct my posture. the only criticism I have is that it cannot really be concealed under clothing because the back of the brace protrudes slightly but is very noticeable so others will notice you are wearing something.

I love this thing!! I suffer from pain in my neck for years from narrowing in my spinal cord near my skull base as well as arthritis and bone spurs in my neck. My posture from the pain has changed and I noticed I wouldn't sit up straight. I purchased another one of these years ago that had an enclosure that was like bra hooks. It ended up digging into my skin and hurting so bad and it didn't really make much of a difference but this one is awesome. I love the way that it feels when you're wearing it and it really does help you correct your posture immediately. Sometimes when I have it off I feel like I am still wearing it and it makes me have better posture daily. It helps with the pain and hopefully with more use it will strengthen my back more to help the posture be corrected. This is comfortable and made well. I highly recommend.

I know it can’t be comfortable and do the job it’s intended to do, but I can’t wear it all day. It will take time to work up to wearing it for it to help straighten my shoulders.

I could be using it wrong but when it feels like it’s holding me in the correct position the straps are awkward

simple in design but not convinced it works. It is not comfortable to wear. it cuts into my back rather than just providing corrective support. Came with absolutely NO instructions so perhaps the problem is me.

I'm going to keep this product, but I don't find it especially comfortable to wear. It rubs underneath the arms. I have a fairly small frame, so this one-size-fits-all has more length than I need, which is probably part of the problem.
